II ) Delivery :

We are doing all in our power to ensure that you receive your package fastly and safely. 

II.1 ) Order Preparation :

The order is prepared carefully and undergoes several controls before we send it, the operating and sending delay is 2 to 5 days* in France and 5 to 12 days* for the other countries. (for information only, not including public holidays, strikes, personalization and rescheduled)

II.2 ) Order Sending :

All the orders ( France / Corsica ) are delivered by tracked distingo or colissimo, you are insured in case of loss or theft of your package.
The insurance is therefore included in the transportation fees you have to pay.

II.3 ) Delivery in another country than France :

We are delivering packages to Belgium and all the countries within the EC, as well as nost of the countries that are not included in the EC.
